GM-23 - On an online Belgian discussion forum, Noxa Forum, a woman who calls herself Melkor  joins in on thread about the acceptability of 'pedophile' relations. 

On January 15 th 2009 she claimed the following: 

“I started a relationship with a man of 29 from the age of 11, and all went very well and I feel absolutely no regrets about it.”
