During an interview on a Boston television station, poet and outspoken boy-lover Allen Ginsberg joked about the scandal.
Ginsberg declared before being hurried off-stage as the station cut to a commercial. Some critics have assumed that Allen Ginsberg was himself engaged in pedophile relationships as an adult and that he was a member of NAMBLA. However, there seems to be no conclusive evidence for the first assumption, and it seems more likely that, being a liberal, he was simply supporting a worthy cause. |
